In 2025 we attended over 650 events and spent over 5,800 hours supporting and encouraging the next generation to consider STEM careers.

Each network provides a space to connect, share experiences and drive positive change across Babcock.

Carers Network

Supporting colleagues with caring responsibilities, this network provides a confidential space to share experiences, access support, and connect with others facing similar challenges. It also helps raise awareness and shape how we support carers across the business.

Disability Network

Focused on building a more accessible and disability-smart organisation, this network supports colleagues with disabilities, those with caring responsibilities, and allies. It provides peer support, raises awareness and helps shape policies and practices to remove barriers and create equal opportunities for all.

Neurodiversity Network

This network celebrates different ways of thinking and works to create an environment where neurodivergent colleagues can thrive. It raises awareness, promotes understanding and provides support—ensuring every individual is recognised for their strengths and potential.

Forces Community Network

Supporting veterans, reservists and their families, this network provides a space to share experiences, access support and stay connected. It also helps ensure we continue to meet our commitments to the Armed Forces community.

Race Equality Network

The Race Equality Network brings people together from all backgrounds to promote understanding, inclusion and belonging. It supports colleagues through education, advocacy and open dialogue—helping to create a workplace where everyone feels respected and heard.

Pride in Babcock Network

Promoting LGBTQ+ inclusion, this network builds community, offers support and helps drive meaningful change. It connects colleagues and allies, provides guidance and champions a more inclusive workplace for all.

Multi Faith Network

Open to people of all faiths and none, this network fosters an inclusive culture where beliefs are respected and valued. It helps create a workplace where everyone feels able to bring their whole self to work.

Gender Balance Network

Supporting our ambition to improve gender representation, this network works with the business to drive greater equity and opportunity. It provides a platform for collaboration, development and advocacy—helping to create an inclusive environment where everyone can succeed.
