Our Land sector delivers complex and critical services to civil and military organisations worldwide. From converting specialist vehicles for the Metropolitan Police to developing electrical systems for civilian armoured vehicles and military platforms, your work will help ensure safety, reliability, and operational readiness. Based across Bristol, Walsall, and Plymouth, you could gain hands-on experience in areas such as designing wiring harnesses, integrating electrical systems, testing and validating components, diagnosing faults, or supporting system upgrades. You might also contribute to technical reviews, collaborate with suppliers, and work on projects like bespoke police vehicle conversions, armoured vehicle electrical systems, and power distribution and control systems for logistic platforms.

Based at Devonport in Plymouth, the largest naval base in Western Europe, you’ll be part of a team that provides critical support to the Royal Navy’s surface ships and submarines. Here, you could work on life-extension programmes for naval vessels, contribute to the overhaul of nuclear-powered submarines, or support the integration of cutting-edge systems onboard.

At HMNB Clyde, you’ll be directly supporting the Royal Navy’s Vanguard and Astute-Class submarines. With a strong focus on nuclear engineering and infrastructure, this site gives you the chance to work on the systems that underpin the UK’s continuous at-sea deterrent. Whether you’re working on routine maintenance, modernisation, or cutting-edge upgrades, you’ll be right at the centre of a critical defence capability.

At the heart of our Marine business is our 320-acre Rosyth facility – home to one of the UK’s largest and most advanced waterside manufacturing and repair sites. As a graduate, you could be involved in supporting the full lifecycle of naval vessels or helping deliver complex, large-scale marine build projects.
