From fitting-out advanced warship and vehicle systems, designing the next generation of nuclear power plants or providing a safe, reliable and efficient rail network – we provide our customers with better capability, reliability and availability for their critical assets.

Our electrical, control and instrumentation engineering toles and careers can be incredibly varied. You could find yourself involved at all stages of the engineering life cycle – planning, designing, developing, implementing, modifying, maintaining, and supporting electrical systems and equipment, both analogue and digital.

There are two primary pathways – engineers and technicians- which eventually lead into management roles that include team leads, engineering managers, and subject matter experts.

We understand the value of professional registration and through your hiring manager, our capability team, and the learning and development team, we’ll do our best to support you on this journey. For our higher-grade roles, the expectation is that you will be working towards or already be professionally registered with a relevant institute.
