You’ll be involved in the planning, designing, constructing, maintaining and operating of infrastructure, ensuring the strength, stability and rigidity of buildings and other structures. You’ll help guarantee these critical facilities withstand the stresses and pressures imposed by use and the environment – whilst keeping the safety and comfort of its users at the forefront.
There are two primary pathways – engineers and technicians – which eventually lead into management roles that include team leads, engineering managers and subject matter experts.

For our higher-grade roles, the expectation is that you will be working towards or already be professionally registered with a relevant institute, which could include:
- Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology (IMarEST)
- Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE)
